Soldiers of the Benin Contingent of the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) recently converged on the health unit of the MNJTF Garrison in N’Djamena, Chad to participate in a blood donation exercise aimed at saving the lives of soldiers wounded in the fight against the Boko Haram terrorists. The military personnel disclosed that they are voluntarily donating their blood, hoping it will go a long we to contribute to the efforts of the medical team to safe their comrades in arms. The donation was the second time MNJTF personnel would undertake such a humanitarian gesture following the flag off of Operation AMNI FAKAT in April 2018.
