The MNJTF Areas of Responsibility covers the 8 affected areas in the countries of Lake Chad Basin; Cameroon, Chad, Niger and Nigeria.


The MNJTF carries out Civil Military Activities aims at winning the hearts and minds of people affected by Boko Haram insurgency in the Lake Chad region.
