The Force Commander Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) visited the Chief of Naval Staff (CNS) Nigerian Navy, Rear Admiral AZ Gambo on 12 October 2021.
The purpose of the visit was to formally inform the CNS of the change in leadership at the MNJTF. Issues of operational cooperation, training and intelligence gathering and sharing were discussed.
The CNS thanked the FC for the visit and assured him of the support of the Nigerian Navy in achieving the mandate of the MNJTF. The visit was hitch-free.
