The FC, Maj Gen Jide Jeleel Ogunlade continued with the operational visit to Sector 2 Bagasola (Chad) on 26 Mar 2021. He was received by the Sector Comd, Brig Gen Mahamat Souleymane Malloum at the Sector HQ. The Commander briefed the FC on the security situation, achievements, as well as some challenges facing the Sector.
The FC, thereafter took a tour for assessment of the facilities, which include the medical centre and Petroleum Oil Lubricants depot among others. Addressing the officers and soldiers, Major General Ogunlade commended the Sector Command and his troops for their unparalleled doggedness and fighting spirit. The FC implored them to keep vigilance and remain steadfast as they prepare for future tasks. He assured them of the HQ full support with a view to addressing the identified challenges.
